The balcony was the highlight of the apartment – perfect for a quick coffee. The Dutch host was super friendly and let us load our bikes right onto the construction site. The spot right on the bike path is unbeatable. The décor felt like a hodgepodge of styles, and the two‑bedroom was more like a 7‑square‑meter space; moving around was only possible if one of us stayed in bed. Next time we’ll grab breakfast at Spar instead of the hotel.

We stayed for a single night as a layover at Haus Kolbnitz and everything was spot on – clean rooms, quick check‑in, and the staff were helpful.
