The pool was a highlight, and the food was solid. The area around the hotel is nice, but the room itself felt cramped and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Plus, the hotel is a bit far from the beach, so you have to walk a decent distance. Overall, good for a quick dip but not a luxury stay.

Staying here was a breeze – the Black Sea is right outside, and the all‑inclusive buffet had a ton of healthy options. I got a big, quiet room with a balcony, which was perfect for relaxing. The creative pools were a fun touch, even if I never got around to using them. All in all, a solid choice if you want a laid‑back, all‑inclusive vibe.

The hotel sits in a lovely green setting, which is a real plus. But a lot of the staff don't speak Bulgarian, and those not on shift end up eating with guests – not a huge deal if the main meals finish within 15‑20 minutes, but then they pull out “replacement dishes” that feel rushed. Dinner runs until 9 pm, after which the lights go out and you finish your meal in a romantic darkness. Bring your own compromises if you’re staying here.

On my checkout day, a staff lady barged in around 9:30, opened the door without knocking, and asked in an annoyed tone, “Aren’t you going to leave already? I’m having another urgent reservation.” The hotel’s checkout time is 11:00, so that was a clear breach of protocol. Definitely not professional.

Everything was great – from the service to the amenities, it all worked out perfectly. No complaints at all.
