The bathroom was clean, good size, with a nice shower and a comfy bed. There was no continental breakfast, and food and bathroom access were behind security; when going in and out with a teenager I had to leave him in the room to get breakfast. The flush in the bathroom was loud.

Bathroom tile was moldy, the hallways smelled like mothballs and fish, and the pillows were very flat.

The TV screen wouldn’t fully power down and left a faint glow; it switched off for a minute and then lit up again. When I raised the issue at checkout, they admitted it was a known problem that they were fixing as complaints come in. I’d booked months in advance and still couldn’t get the room ready properly.

The spot was excellent, though they didn’t serve breakfast there, which worked for us. All in all, we were content with our stay.
