“מאכזב מאוד לא נחזור לשם”
We arrived over the weekend and paid 4500 shekels for two nights—a price that feels more suited to luxury hotels—yet the room was old and shabby. The wardrobes in the bedroom were broken, the wall paint was peeling, and the carpet was dirty and torn; there was no sense of luxury at all. In the bathroom we found a fly crawling on the wall. The housekeeping level was very low; they entered after the room was supposed to be cleaned, simply arranged the beds, and left a pile of dirt on the floor, with all our belongings scattered. The pool was tiny, surrounded by plastic chairs from Keter, leaving no room to move or sit without crowding. We suffered and didn’t enjoy it. In the end, the price they charge doesn’t match the quality we received.
