It was a great‑value hotel with happy, helpful staff, and the morning pastries were a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent and there was free parking. The only thing that could improve it would be larger rooms with a place to sit; that option isn’t available, so the lounge they’ve set up is a good alternative.

The location was great, the staff were lovely and friendly, and the bed was comfy. I booked a single room that felt a bit cramped for me, so next time I’d opt for a double. The room was clean but a bit dated.

The spot was spot on, a quiet neighborhood close to Victoria Station and Pimlico, and the breakfast was solid; the rooms felt very pleasant and spotless, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
