“It was awesome”

The room was very nice, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast had everything imaginable and was very good. We didn’t like the wooden utensils; plastic would have been better.

“Overall it was a nice breakfast and a nice stay.”

I have mobility issues (not disabled but not easy to climb stairs) and we requested 2 queen beds near the elevator or on main floor. We were given the wrong room with a king size bed and pull out couch. We were switched to a room with 2 queen sized beds but it was at the far end of the hotel on the main floor away from the front lobby and breakfast area so it required a long walk. The gentleman at the front desk was able to switch to this room but we had to show our emails to prove we had requested a room for my mobility. This was one of four hotels we stayed in on this driving vacation. It was not as nice and modern as some of the other hotels for the same price. Being so far from the breakfast area. The parking area and entering/exiting the hotel parking was layed out a bit strange

“Overall decent stay for the price”

The breakfast was lackluster; we prepaid at check‑in but were later asked for a credit card, and it would have helped to know that a card needed to be held on file for a deposit. I also saw a double charge on the account. The breakfast was weak, and the lack of an elevator meant we had to carry a lot of luggage up the steps, and there were very few outlets to charge devices.

“It was good.”

The environment inside and outside was clean, but I would have liked more outdoor chairs because the current number isn’t enough for everyone.
