The three restaurants on site serve excellent food and the drink prices are great, yet we booked for four people and only found three beds plus a mattress on the floor; the room was so tiny there was no floor space left to place anything else. When we contacted the owner she was completely rude and showed no empathy, leaving us feeling terrible because we paid for four guests and spent every night with two people squeezed onto a single twin bed, which was unbearable. We want a refund. The bathroom leaks and floods everything, not to mention the sludge on the corners and walls, and the whole place reeks of mold—from the corridors to the room.

There are some appliances. The hotel pool is excellent. The air conditioner is noisy, the bathroom is small with water leaking from the shower head, and it’s far from the city center.

Everything was great—location, comfort, helpful staff, and spotless rooms. The only hiccup was a broken air‑conditioner in my room, but the owner fixed it quickly; aside from that, everything was perfect!

The property was well organized and clean, but I had expected three beds and got two beds with a mattress instead, which wasn’t clear from the listing.
