The hotel had a great funky vibe. Breakfast was all self‑service but still fantastic. My credit card wouldn’t work at the parking garage.

The hotel’s design and vibe are really good, everything’s spotless and the staff are super helpful. The rooms feel modern with a comfy bed and towels get changed regularly. I wish there was at least a kettle in the room, and there was construction noise right next to my window. If you want to wander around the city centre, this spot isn’t ideal because it’s pretty far and public transport is scarce, so a taxi is the quickest way.

“Mal olor, desayuno escaso”

The bathroom pipes had a bad odor, the breakfast was very poor, and the checkout was slow even though I had already provided all the information at check‑in.

“Very disappointing”

Morning staff were hospitable. Breakfast buffet was good and hot Room was good, bathroom efficient, shower was very nice. Afternoon staff was not processing check in very efficiently. Long wait. Nonchalant attitude toward waiting customers. Management required to handle difficult check in from customer two people ahead of me. No apologies. We had two rooms. Daughters key didn’t work I tried to call front desk two times. 1. To ask about key 2. Sewage smell in bathroom 3. Is restaurant open? We wanted to go to restaurant but were told it was totally booked, this was a five pm. We ate at the bar, food was terrible. At seven I looked down to restaurant and it was empty! Only waiters walking around. Do not understand this treatment. I took a picture of this

“Good stay but need more appliances in rooms”

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean with a cozy bed. However, there was no fridge or microwave in the room, and because it’s a self‑service hotel, there was no room service.
