The location was fantastic, but our room was very small; we were there for a wedding and the space was far too tight.
“City centre hotel serving excellent food.”
The hotel was quiet and close to the town centre, and the garden area was lovely. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a big car park, but the mattresses were very hard.
The location was great and the place was very quiet, and the breakfast selection was good. The only downside was the very steep stairs.
Everything was perfect; I couldn’t pick just one thing, but the staff’s attention was extraordinary, especially Sofi who was charming. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. The location is ideal for walking to the center of Cirencester, breakfast is magnificent, and the hotel is super clean. There was no air conditioning and it was hot in the UK those days, but the fans helped a bit. All in all, great.
