Check‑in was a hassle because of a long queue, which put me off a little. Everything else was fine.

The room was comfy and the place sits right next to the metro, plus the staff were spot on. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the airport noise, though it didn't get too loud, and the lights in the room were a bit weak.

The place is in a great spot and the price is reasonable, but the room left a lot to wish for. The lighting was weak at night, the shower was dirty and the soap holder was rusty, and I couldn't get a bar soap from the front desk. There were no little extras that make a stay feel special.
