The location was great, right next to Pagomakurre where we wanted to go, perfect for starting the route early. The room was placed next to the elevator machine on the third floor, and the noise was unbearable because the room wasn’t well insulated.

We suffered a water leak and were only called to say we didn’t have a circuit, which was useless. When we arrived, they told us there was no massage or shower in the room. We wasted time, fuel, and tolls for nothing, and the worst part was that they left us stranded with nothing.

It’s one of the best options for people who want easy access to restaurants, coffee, and food and drink, and as a solo traveler I liked keeping my stay comfortable. I love that they have a restaurant, an outdoor seating area, and a terrace, so you can enjoy the outdoors if you don’t have a specific plan. The room itself is pretty basic, with no extra bathroom or room accessories. The staff are really kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, even though they don’t speak much English. The isolation isn’t great; you can hear everything around. For breakfast and dinner I didn’t have many choices, but it was the best offered in the village.
