The pictures online looked great, but the reality was a nightmare: constant loud noises—people smashing doors, shouting, and a rumble that started around 7:30 am—made it impossible to relax or sleep. The bed creaked with every move, the pillows and duvet felt old and worn, the duvet was too hot, and the room stayed scorching even with the AC on and the window open. All of this turned what should have been a comfortable stay into one of the worst nights I’ve ever had.

It was a typical accommodation, and the staff were always very attentive and helpful. Having the pub downstairs for a drink before bed was priceless :)

A nice room with a great bed, centrally located in Notting Hill. Very close to the tube, so easy to get around. The bathroom was clean. The separate entrance to the hotel rooms was practical when the pub below was full because of sports events.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff/service (I didn’t catch the lady’s name) impeccable. Thank you. The only downside was that, although I knew the location was on a busy road, the traffic noise was loud throughout the night.
