The entire staff was extremely helpful and polite, and we had never been treated so well. The room was comfortable and organized. The food was excellent. The organized tours were wonderful, and our guide Scooby was great. We have nothing to complain about and want to return many times.

The location by the river is beautiful. The food is excellently prepared. The rooms are fine and fit the vibe, though the mattresses are a bit firm. Note that the showerhead has a temperature knob. The experience feels like a fantastic Amazonian adventure. Make sure to research the tours, what’s included, what’s extra, and the costs. Realize that some activities are touristy, like visiting locals or swimming with dolphins. From that perspective, it’s a fun experience.

The location, service, and food were excellent, and the beauty of the place was striking; swimming in the river was a highlight. The air‑conditioning in the room was very noisy, and there was no hot water in the shower.

We were very well received and loved everything during our stay. The cuisine was exceptional; I have never eaten so well in any hotel worldwide. Kudos to chef João and his entire team for preparing delicious dishes. Our guide Scooby was sensational and helped us discover all the Amazon wonders. I also thank Gabriel and Pablo for the excellent drinks we enjoyed. I recommend this experience to everyone!
