The location near the freeway made commuting to the work convention easy, parking was close to the door, and there were restaurants within walking distance. However, before booking I called to confirm the pool and jacuzzi were heated, and when I arrived neither was. I have a back injury and use the spa/jacuzzi to relieve tension, which is why I specifically asked about heating. The staff said the facilities were available and showed little empathy when I reported the problems. Overall, the freeway proximity and venue accessibility were good, but the service, facilities, and internet—extremely slow or “choppy,” with my ATT service hard to keep connected—make me doubt I’ll return.

The pool was tiny and never fully filled, and while the hotel itself is pleasant, it sits in a rough industrial part of town right next to an In‑N‑Out that clearly needs better security.
