Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The room was the usual high quality – spacious, with soft beds and pillows. I didn’t get to try dinner, but I’ve had Amare and Korean food before and they were great. The pool could use some improvement, and it would be nice to have a dedicated kids’ area or playroom. The toiletries and room towels could also be better.

The place is well‑located. The room wasn’t ready or properly checked when we arrived, so we had to be moved to a different one.

Breakfast was fine, but a fly hovered over the food. Checking out was a bit slow because there were many people and not enough staff.

The on‑site restaurants were great, and the staff were always courteous and professional. The soundproofing, however, left something to be desired – hallway conversations and kids playing in other rooms were audible.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond, and breakfast offered a solid variety. The building itself feels old and clearly needs a refurbishment.
