The pools and the surrounding nature were nice, but the resort is extremely disorganized, especially compared to what it used to be. It seems they’ve stopped caring about quality in favor of attracting more visitors.

“Boa localização e limpeza questionável”

The main highlight was the location, close to Hot Park and the park of fountains. The bathroom was dirty, towels were rough, sheets were stained, and the bed was uncomfortable. Water and food inside the resort were ridiculously expensive, and the restaurants didn’t match the price. I had to leave for dinner every night because it didn’t justify staying inside. Guests at a resort expect to stay within, but that wasn’t the case.

“A qualidade não pode cair com a quantidade”

The contact with nature and the natural hot springs were undeniable. The lack of information began with meal times that weren’t available on Booking or through difficult contacts. Signage was also very poor, and there should be more signs for bathrooms and water quality recommendations. Employees need training; a waiter arrived without greeting, took dishes from our table in a totally unprofessional manner, and no training was evident. The sidewalks were poorly maintained and hurt people’s feet.

“Acomodação de baixa qualidade, compensado pelo atrativo (Parque das Fontes).”

Acomodação a pouca distância do Parque das Fontes. Acomodação necessitando de uma atualização, com móveis soltos, banheiro com caixa de descarga com defeito, vazamento do encanamento inundando o piso do banheiro. Sem sossego à noite até as 22:00hs por ter acomodado em quarto de frente (cantoria em alto volume até 22:00hs). Área de recepção em reforma que é compreensível por se tratar de uma edificação bastante desgastada pelo tempo

“Estadia maravilhosa, queria ficar mais dias.”

Breakfast and lunch offered a wide variety of tasty, well‑made dishes. The spaces were very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and efficient.
