They claim to be pet-friendly, but when I called to confirm, they flat out said no. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund for my booking. It's clear they're not interested in being honest with their customers.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great too, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was pretty loud at night. I was able to get a good night's sleep, but it was a bit of a struggle. The room itself was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy.

The hotel's proximity to the shopping centre was a major plus, but unfortunately, it came with a price - literally. The constant noise from the nearby shops and restaurants made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the other hand, the room itself was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of space to move around. It was a shame that the hotel couldn't balance the convenience of its location with some soundproofing.
