“We had a couple good stays here but with the renovations happening we will probably find another place to stay”

I've been a fan of this hotel for a while now, and I appreciate the fact that they offer rooms with hot tubs. Unfortunately, our recent stay was marred by a few issues. The hot tub in our room was clean, but when we checked in, we were told that the hotel was phasing out the hot tub rooms and replacing them with regular queen rooms. Additionally, we had trouble regulating the heat in our room, and the breakfast was a letdown, with overcooked bacon and spicy potatoes.

“Excellent stay”

Despite some initial issues due to construction, our stay at this hotel was ultimately a positive one. The staff responded quickly and efficiently to our problems, and every member we encountered was friendly and attentive. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was impressive, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

“Love this place - just would like some fresh scrambled eggs instead of the omelets”

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options at this hotel - I think it would be a great idea to add freshly scrambled eggs to the menu instead of serving pre-made omelets.

“Nice rooms and friendly informative front end staff”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean room and friendly staff, and the hot tub in the room was a major highlight for me. However, I did notice a cold draft coming from under the heating unit, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel's central location was really convenient for me, and I loved that Applebee's was right next door. I didn't have any negative experiences during my stay, which was definitely a plus.
