I had no positive points; the service was awful. I booked a room, but the front desk said no rooms were available, so I had to pay again and find accommodation elsewhere. I never stayed overnight, so I can't say what it feels like, but the fact I couldn't even get into my room proves it’s a hotel in name only.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast cooked by Emma, which was a highlight of my trip. However, I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that the hot water in my room didn't quite reach the temperature I had been expecting.

The hotel's rooms and stylish TVs in every room were definite positives during my stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired and could have been improved.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marked by a number of issues, including the need for some maintenance, as evidenced by the bare tack strips on the floor that ended up cutting my foot. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns.
