The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade and the room had a lovely view! The location is perfect and walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Fira, as well as to the Three Bells. The hot breakfast wasn't great, but all the other breakfast options were delicious and made up for it

The hotel is so large that it feels like a maze. The room is great and staff is nice. The location is perfect to explore Fira. My only issue is that they charge for water bottles while other hotels my friends stay at provide them for free whenever you ask
