The location is great, just a short walk from Bikini Beach. The view of the ocean from the terrace is wonderful. The staff are helpful, will give you a shuttle if you need it, and can buy speed‑boat tickets for you. The room is cleaned every two days. Breakfast is served inside even though there’s a nice outdoor area. The place isn’t suitable for excursions because they rely on third‑party operators who add extra costs.

The rooms are spacious, air‑conditioned, and comfortable. The spot is perfect for surfers, right by the Cokes paddle‑out point, and a short walk to Bikini Beach for a swim. The view from the room looks out onto the reef, and the rooms have good privacy with light‑blocking curtains. We liked having a washing machine on site and a safe for valuables. The bathroom is huge and the shower pressure is good. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, included in the price, was a highlight and delicious every day. The TV didn’t work during our stay, but the wifi was fine (just not very strong in the room). This didn’t worry us much, as there’s plenty to see and do on Thulusdhoo and we really enjoyed exploring the island. You need to watch the water direction and flow when showering because there’s no screen or curtain and the bathroom can flood easily if you’re not careful.

Everything was great – the location is close to Bikini Beach and the surf break, the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is big and everything is super clean. The view from the room was stunning. The staff were exceptional, very responsive and welcoming.

The staff tried their best to assist with every question, and everything on the island is within walking distance, giving you a genuine Maldivian vibe at a reasonable price. However, Thulusdhoo is still under construction, so expect daytime noise, and you’ll find yourself sleeping just under a high antenna mast right beside your room.
