The location was great, cleanliness was a perfect 10, and the staff were friendly and polite, yet the fridge broke and there were no coffee or tea bags.

I checked in at 11 p.m. and when I left at 3 a.m. the electricity was cut off before I finished my laundry; the first room I entered had a dirty bathroom, so they swapped rooms, but they should not have handed me the apartment until it was clean.
