“Will never stay there again!!”
The rooms need better cleaning and the pillows should be upgraded. It simply wasn’t as clean as it should have been.
It was near the spot I wanted to visit, but over the three nights the bed was never made, coffee was never refilled, so I had to bring my own pot and pods after the first night when there was no coffee in the room.
Nothing positive at all: the employees were rude and the TV volume wouldn’t work. When I tried to report the volume issue, I was met with attitude instead of help. Breakfast was supposed to start at 5:30 am, which fit my travel schedule, but the staff told me it wouldn’t be ready until 6:00 am, even though I had to be on the road already—definitely not cool.
The pool was only 5 ft deep and cloudy, and breakfast was very basic. I didn’t like the small, murky pool, and the location was decent but there were hardly any restaurants nearby—just a McDonald’s. The staff were friendly, but the hallways got noisy right before bedtime, and the Wi‑Fi was awful; you could only connect your phone, and my son’s game wouldn’t load, was too slow, or lagged.
