The apartment sits in the city center on a quiet street, spacious and cozy. Breakfast in the room was simple but plentiful, with plenty of water and other supplies for city exploration. Everything worked smoothly and Sabrina was very welcoming. Everything matched the listing!

The location is great for walking to Bologna’s main sights. The price‑to‑quality ratio isn’t good in our opinion because the room lacks air‑conditioning but has a fan (it was really hot at night) and the breakfast comes with packaged brioche.

The room is very clean every day and the host is charming and helpful. The spot is perfect for visiting Bologna. Breakfast was just right for us French. Air‑conditioning may fail in the summer heat, but a powerful fan and cross‑ventilation keep the room naturally cool.
