extreme low value for the price of a premium suite and the worse service ever experienced in a 5 star hotel
“Excelente”
Todo
“A special thanks to Daniel the concierge for sorting out our day trips and bookings! Fantastic guy and real made us fee”
Great property in a great location! Everything I expect from this lovely brand, my first choice every time we travel!. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast service - especially on weekends, not sure if that’s because of fewer staff? Was extremely slow and waiters seemed lost
“overpriced out of the way though good staff”
great staff. overpriced menu. bathroom is weird layout
“Loved the spa and the rooms”
The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The staff was so so. Usually staff at St Regis are amazing, but this time, they weren’t as attentive or responsive
