The room was outstanding, right on the sea front, staff always smiling and attentive, making for a relaxing, worry‑free holiday. The dining could use a lift, especially simple dishes like Caesar salad or carbonara, which should be better. A special shout‑out to the wagyu tataki at the Asian‑themed restaurant: a killer dish.

Everything was exceptional, the experience truly extraordinary. To feel fully inclusive, it would have helped to include items such as grab‑and‑go breakfast and table water in the stay price; these extras aren’t pricey but break the sense of a complete half‑board or all‑inclusive package.

Great beach and gardens Big rooms Nice reception and bar area Friendly staff Clean. We saw a lizard in our room for 2 consecutive nights. The guy who came the first night probably could not take it out. The food at a la carte restaurants could be improved. The presentation is very nice but the taste was so so for main dishes at the italian restaurant and La Caravelle

The resort offers an enormous variety of water activities, from snorkeling to scuba diving, and plenty of on‑site entertainment, restaurants, and a huge beach. The spa and treatments were a fantastic experience, and the staff were very friendly. The agency that organized excursions inside the resort was excellent and professional, and the rooms were huge.
