Breakfast was good with excellent service. The location was great because it’s close to the beachfront, etc. The staff were friendly and efficient. The en suite was very cramped, but I had a small single room and that seemed to be the best they could do.

We loved the spot right by the sea front and the added bar facilities. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, and the hosts were always available and friendly enough to feel like family; all staff were very helpful. The only downside was that one bedroom had thin beds for the occupants, and there was no toilet brush—when we mentioned it to the owner, he gave a reasonable explanation for his staff. We’ll request one in future stays.

Very clean, just a stone’s throw from the front. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was to die for; I’ll definitely stay there next time I’m in Yarmouth. No complaints.
