The night before departure we received an email from the accommodation saying we couldn't stay in this riad because of alleged water damage; no further explanation, no alternative, and no help to find another place—so much stress.

This place is a real gem. The beautiful house is spotless every day, and the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. They even let me stay a bit longer when my bus trip started in the evening - thanks to Anas for that. The location is great too, with nice restaurants nearby and the central market of Marrakech just a 30-minute walk away.

The security at the entrance was top-notch, and the guards and condo manager were super helpful on check-in day. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - it was an internal room with no window to the outside. And the rooftop area was abandoned and didn't match the photos. To top it off, the breakfast was always cold, and the staff only spoke the local language, making communication a bit tricky.

The atmosphere here was lovely, but unfortunately, the place wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. That was a major letdown.

I had a pleasant stay here. The host, Fatima, was nice and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is convenient, but that's about it - nothing really stood out.
