This hotel Staff are not good don.t Having sense how to deal with guest and Hotel Mangement egnoring Guest i feel Cheated by Booking .com amd Hotel . They don.t have kitchen and After paid for Dinner and Breakfast not got because they dont have restaurant Kitchen and Staff to get. Very bad experience

I was disappointed by the staff’s lack of response—when we complained about the loud noises, nobody answered or even checked on the issue, and the water service in the room was never provided. Nothing else was worth mentioning.
