“Great authentic experience”
The lodge was stunning and felt deeply connected to nature; the meals were fresh and one-of-a-kind, making for an unforgettable time in Pu Luong. No complaints.

We chose a room overlooking the little sunrise and liked the natural light and balcony with an outdoor sofa, and during stormy nights the lightning was spectacular from the balcony; we added an extra night and, although we had to move to a simpler room due to availability, it was still fine. We ate at the hotel restaurant every day because there were no alternatives (prices could be better) but the food was quite good, even if they sometimes refused certain dishes when we ordered quicker‑to‑prepare options. Renting a scooter is essential for freedom. The pools weren’t very clean, and because the storms flooded the whole hotel, the fish pond connected to the pool and water ran down the stairs like tiny rivers, which felt a bit unsafe at night but was interesting. Otherwise everything was fine.

The surroundings and lodge are gorgeous! Very atmospheric, and we had a fun day trip.
What a true treasure! We enjoyed every minute at the lodge; the staff arranged tours and activities for us, the food was excellent, and our kids declared it the best accommodation in all of Vietnam.
The structure is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature, as if you were in a botanical garden. The reception staff were less empathetic than what we were used to at other places.
