The Kids Club service was great; my daughter had a wonderful time with high‑quality, fun shows for the whole family. The food variety was good, and the hotel is ideal for families with kids, offering many pools with games, inflatables, and shows. However, the hotel was under renovation, so I had to change rooms because construction started at 6 am and I couldn’t rest. The new room’s bathroom had a leak that caused nighttime noise. Everything else was very good.

We arrived around 4 a.m. and the check‑in dragged on for almost two hours, with staff looking unfriendly and rarely greeting us, which was odd for a resort of this price. The pool was huge and always spotless, the bed was comfy, and the beach was nice, though noisy around the pool area and with many vendors. The nearby shops and stalls were pleasant. The pasta and simpler dishes were generally good, but the food overall felt cheap; most meats were tough and bland, and the restaurant’s opening hours were not always respected. Our room lacked power outlets next to the bed and let in a lot of light early in the morning. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the trip, but the service, food quality, and guest attention didn’t match the price.

The hotel looked great and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious, with a wide range of dishes for different tastes; we tried two of the three restaurants. One was a grill that didn’t wow us, and the other, a pasta place, was superb. Every night offered varied entertainment for both kids and adults. The gift shop was good, and the staff were all loving and eager to help. I asked reception for a power adapter, but they said none were left and suggested buying one at the shop. We also received a 10‑minute massage voucher valid for 48 h, but when we tried to use it on Friday morning, the staff wouldn’t accept it, even though we arrived at 15 h on a Wednesday. Most shows were only in Portuguese; having the schedules in Spanish and English would help international guests, and the staff could also speak those languages. Several times it was hard to understand what was being said, and some attendants were not very friendly. On the last beach day, we learned that canoes were free and that the grill restaurant could be visited at noon without a reservation.
