“A terrible experience”

I’m never staying at a Sandals again! The construction noise—jackhammers and banging from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm, even on weekends—was relentless, and I posted four videos to prove it. I sent the complaint to Sandals and DOIDEP during our stay, but their only reply was “We’re sorry” with no offer to move us to a quieter hotel or room. Don’t book during construction! We had to move from Sandals Vista to Sandals Aquila to escape the noise, which almost drove us mad. The breakfast buffet was inconsistent; it was available on some days but not others, and if you missed the 7:00 am window it was cold by 8:00 am and never refilled. I also didn’t appreciate the push to buy tea and coffee gifts at breakfast. The staff seemed undertrained and the leadership at the Sandals hotels in Bảo Lộc appears weak.

Breakfast was neat, tasty, and the dining area looked great, and the staff were friendly. The front of the hotel could use brighter lighting to make the entrance road look more appealing and beautiful.

The hotel looks beautiful, with a lobby filled with lots of greenery and real flowers, feeling very spacious. Unfortunately, one of the showerheads in the bathroom was broken.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast menu was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit our tastes.
