The room was clean and quiet, but the space between the bed and the TV stand was too narrow, and the futon was too hot when on, too cold when off, so I couldn’t find a comfortable setting.

The unit bath was clean, spacious, and deep, which felt really refreshing. Even though it rained, the station‑side location kept me mostly dry. The air‑conditioning was a central unit with only a cooler, so it felt a touch chilly.

The staff were courteous, especially the man at the underground parking who gave a warm, heartfelt guide—he was the same friendly face from last year, a senior gentleman who handled everything with kindness. I appreciated that. On the day of the festival, fireworks were launched, and I thought a little extra information from the front desk about the event would have been nice.

I was heading to Hakone the next day, and the timing and location were perfect. I was more satisfied than expected and felt the stay was a great value. I definitely want to come back. Thank you.
