“Regular”

The location was great and the terrace was nice. The day before, I emailed the hotel to see if we could drop off our luggage before check‑in since we were arriving around 15:00 or 16:00, but they didn’t reply. On the day of arrival I called an hour early to say we were on our way and asked if early drop‑off was possible; they said yes, but we had to leave the luggage at the entrance and not take the room key because the room wouldn’t be ready before 16:00. No problem. We returned at 16:10, but the room wasn’t clean; we found the cleaning staff upstairs cleaning another room, and when we told them we were waiting, he said we had to wait because he was finishing that room. He gave us the room around 16:30 after cleaning it for 10 minutes. At 17:25 I received a message from the hotel saying we could leave the luggage at the entrance… I didn’t realize we had already entered earlier. The next day at 08:45 a person rang our door to tell us to pay because we were leaving, but we could stay until 12:00… Maybe it’s better to check in when people arrive rather than when they leave. If you want breakfast at the hotel and need to sleep in the morning, we suggest finding another option! The cleaning was quick, but there was dust on the hangers and the duvet looked a bit old.

The extra care was appreciated. A super helpful and friendly host. I didn’t feel well that morning and the host took care of me with vitamin juices.

Breakfast was okay. The room was fresh and pleasant. The location was good. The administration was problematic. I never received any email with the door code and room number! I was locked in by a cleaner. There was no one there to pay when I left. It caused unnecessary hassle. It’s a shame because the accommodation itself was very good.

“Usel/ obefintlig kommunikation! Kändes som bedrägeri. Varning för detta boende!”

I never received a code for the hotel, so I couldn’t get in! Despite repeated emails, texts, and phone calls, I couldn’t reach the hotel. Because I couldn’t get in, I went past and knocked at the door during the abandoned breakfast time that morning, the same day I was supposed to check in. No one answered. I had to find other accommodation because I couldn’t get into the hotel.
