The food was really good. The hotel’s setting was beautiful. The staff were very attentive. It was a nice spot for a family holiday, not too far from the city. Excellent! However, the reception staff didn’t speak any Albanian at all, and it would be better if that changed in the future.

Right by the lake, a solid spot, the room was clean and the bed comfy. The pool area was a good place to unwind. Dinner buffet had a good variety. The beach area was pleasant and the restaurant by the lake offered quick bites and drinks. The room lacked a kettle for coffee or tea. Breakfast was a bit limited but not terrible. Food at breakfast and dinner tended to be lukewarm rather than hot. There isn’t a real beach, just a concrete area with sun loungers, but the lake itself is clear and great for swimming.
