“Tutto perfetto, camera ordinata e spaziosa, personale molto cordiale e posizione magnifica”
The location is perfect, right in the center and close to Ponte Vecchio. Walking to the main attractions is a breeze.
“Great last minute stay”
The location, the view from the room, a well equipped kitchen, and the staff were all great. The water temperature never got very cold, and the common bathroom was located in the bedroom.
“Fantastisk”
The staff were genuinely sweet, and the location was excellent, but the air conditioning left a slightly unpleasant odor in the room.
“Great location, but promises should be honored”
The location was excellent for exploring Florence, the room was nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. When issues arose, Simona apologized and tried to help by moving us to another room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke on two consecutive nights while it was very hot, ruining our sleep and comfort. The first affected night was refunded. After the same problem happened again the manager apologized, moved us to a different room, and explicitly confirmed in writing that the second affected night would also be refunded. Yet, despite that written promise and several follow‑up messages, the second refund has not been processed and the property stopped responding. This was especially disappointing and eroded our confidence that the property would honor its commitments. A promise made to a guest, especially one confirmed in writing, should be honored.
“Il letto era troppo rumoroso e abbiamo visto che la trapunta nell'armadio non era pulita. C'era sporco rosso e n”
There was no eye‑catching sign on the hotel door. We thought we were in the wrong place, and the bell rang. The steps and elevators at the door are not very convenient for our family traveling with strollers. The experience is extremely poor.
