The staff were genuinely helpful, especially the receptionist on 1st Oct 2026 who moved us to a better room because the original one didn’t meet our expectations – it was her first day on the job. The location was convenient, but the rooms smelled, one window was broken and didn’t close properly when we first saw it, and the balconies hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was great, but it was a shame there was no tea or coffee in the room and that breakfast had to be taken outside. Thankfully the weather was dry.

Very central location and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very simple and a large portion of the dishes were dirty. The extra city‑tax added to an already high price surprised us negatively; it was orderly but not transparently presented.

Right across from the station and quiet, the reception staff were excellent. The room was small but adequate. The shower had a forgotten toothbrush, but otherwise everything was fantastic.
