The food is incredibly good, the staff are highly skilled, and I absolutely love the resort.

The surroundings and atmosphere of this place were truly amazing, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor behavior and attitude of the reception staff, particularly someone named Bapi. Despite the lovely environment, I left feeling underwhelmed.

I'm still trying to process the mixed bag of emotions I experienced during my stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient and I enjoyed the evening theatre performance, the room itself was a letdown - it was poorly maintained, dirty, and even had a lizard and mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the bathroom door lock was broken and the food was unappetizing. However, the hotel did provide a good air conditioner after a few hours of complaining.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel, as well as the beautiful green views and the comfort of the cottage room. The manager was also very friendly and accommodating. However, the room service was a major letdown - it was in a very poor condition. The food was also just okay. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
