When we got there the inn warned us there was no water and said we could cancel, yet they refused any refund even though it was their problem. They promised to bring water, but we ended up buying three gallons ourselves, stuck in a room with no fan, a strong urine smell, and dirty common areas while the temperature hit 38 °C. In the end it turned out the water cut was due to unpaid bills, not a city outage, and we felt humiliated after paying a premium price.

The property sits on a ridiculously steep hill that feels like climbing a dog’s back. From day one there was no water, so I had to buy a gallon out of my own pocket. When I asked the caretaker to fetch water, he took hours even though he was hanging out by the pool.

I had booked this place for New Year’s, but arrived to find the condo without water and the room dirty, making it impossible to stay. The front‑desk staff were courteous and tried to fix things, but nothing changed. I’m now chasing a refund and definitely wouldn’t return.

The room itself was comfortable and the host was super friendly, but getting there meant a steep climb that Uber drivers won’t even attempt. The bathroom has no window, and at night the stairs are practically pitch black.
