“Mala administración, falta de respeto con el turista”
Nothing; they cancelled my stay for no reason on the very day I was supposed to arrive, two hours before check‑in. I had traveled 14 hours, and with only two hours left to check in, my reservation was cancelled. I had to find a hotel there, exhausted. I stayed at a hotel that cost $100 a night—normally it would be $20 a night—cleaning was poor, towels were dirty, it smelled bad; but it was the only hotel available at the time. It was really bad to have my booking cancelled at the last minute.

Excellent location, everything was very clean (room, bathroom, bed, sheets). The hosts are very friendly and always available. The bed is very comfortable and has a small balcony with a hammock.

The place feels stunningly tranquil with a modern, elegant vibe. The bed is huge and super comfy, so Carolina and I slept like babies. The hammock area is peaceful and the living fence keeps the park’s noise out. The shower and bathroom are jaw‑dropping gorgeous, giving me the best hot shower in a long time. Air conditioning is a nice luxury, especially at night, to avoid mosquitoes. WiFi was fast and reliable, letting me attend all meetings and finish work and school tasks. The location is central and right near the beach, which is incredible—there’s a long stretch in both directions and walking along it is calming. Two great almuerzo spots are within a minute’s walk. Flor and Federico are kind, responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. They also run an evening restaurant around la esquina that serves some of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had, and I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu. As a new listing, there were a few hiccups at the start and communication could have been a bit better. The hammock needs tightening on one side because it tends to slide, making you lie very low or smack the ground. Nothing else takes away from the whole experience, which is a 10.
