The hotel staff are very professional and kind. The hot water takes a bit to arrive, but once it does, the shower pressure is perfect—no need to wait 10 minutes to rinse your hair, truly a delight. The room is spacious and pretty, but the beds are far too hard; I prefer firm mattresses, yet this feels more like sleeping on the floor. Also, the aquarium at the entrance on the ground floor breaks my heart every time I pass it—poor fish, living in such a small tank with no décor or hiding spots, nothing at all inside.
