The staff were friendly, but the bed, curtains, bedding, towel colour and size were all dirty and not white, the bathroom was filthy, the food tasted bad, and there was no mosquito net or repellent in my room; overall the experience fell far short of expectations, though the staff were very welcoming.

I appreciated the reception, the room was elegant and comfortable, showers were hot, breakfast was well served, and dinner orders arrived on time, but the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and needs improvement.
