We booked late at night. A mouse ran across the corridor as we were shown to our room, there were hairs under the bath mat and in the bed, the single beds were short and super narrow, the room smelled damp, and there was loud noise from a party despite the claim of a soundproof room. Later, around 3 am, there was screaming, possibly from the mouse. Many staff looked miserable and oppressed, and my empathy radar flagged a potential narcissistic management or owners.

I had a wonderful stay at Saltstayz Trinity Mohali, and the hotel surpassed my expectations in every way.
