The hotel's location and layout are its strongest points, but unfortunately, the property itself has seen better days. The staff seemed friendly, but they lacked the polish of a well-trained hospitality team, and the facilities were in a sorry state. The gym was a joke, with rusty equipment and a pool that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. And to top it all off, the hotel was overpriced compared to other options in Kochi.

The hotel's riverside location was a major selling point, but unfortunately, the communication system left a lot to be desired. It was like they were operating in a different world, and it made the whole experience feel disjointed and frustrating.

The hotel staff were courteous and friendly, which was a nice touch, but the communication system was a disaster. When I asked to extend my stay, I was met with a confusing and awkward exchange that left me feeling uncertain and frustrated.
