“Absolutely fantastic!”
The location is great and the onsite restaurant is good, but the real highlight is the common area on each floor – there are so many thoughtful touches and we really appreciated the refrigerator, coffee station, tables and chairs to spread out, relax and enjoy during our stay. The staff were friendly and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. The rooms are smartly designed, relatively spacious, clean and well maintained. It was a fantastic experience, highly recommend! The only downside was that onsite parking would have been nice, but there are plenty of nearby lots.
Convenient, clean. Loved the open high ceilings! The only negative was that it took a little longer to get the bill straightened out, but it all worked out.

The concept of a shared professional kitchen and a great common lounge for the nine rooms on one floor was excellent. The rooms are large, high, and well equipped. The location is superb, with everything within walking distance (3rd Ward, Public Market, River, Art Museum, etc.). The duvet was slightly thin, and the air‑conditioner responded a bit sluggishly.

The spot was convenient with plenty of nearby options, and the room was a decent size. Staff answered questions quickly, and both check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. However, the deluxe king suite felt a bit basic, and housekeeping only visited once, so I had to request fresh towels—though they were sent right away. The room appeared tidy, yet I discovered a pack of cigarettes and a vape in one drawer. I was billed for two bottles of water, yet none were actually in the room.
