The room is 3 minutes from Rome Termini central station, a 4‑minute walk to Santa Maria Maggiore church, and a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum – you can walk everywhere in Rome within up to 60 minutes! Roberto is available for any questions and takes great care of the rooms, cleaning every day and answering your questions any time if needed. I’ll definitely come back once in Rome.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price for the amenities. Roberto, the host, welcomed us with great friendliness and was always very helpful. He works and loves to serve with love! The shower had low pressure and some noise from other floors, but it didn’t bother me.

The place was spotless and eye‑catching, and it was super convenient to every spot we wanted to visit. Walking from Termini station to the hotel takes just a few minutes, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Roberto, the host, was fantastic—always ready to answer any question. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and hassle‑free. He even organized airport transport for us, so our departure was smooth and stress‑free. I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Rome!

Roberto was great with us! He made us feel very comfortable. When we first met, he explained how to get around Rome and handed us a map of the city’s main tourist spots. He offered restaurant suggestions and was always ready to help us throughout our stay. The location is excellent—near the Colosseum, bus stops, and the train station. I highly recommend it!
