“Bien mais sans plus”
The staff and animators were friendly, but the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed and the Wi‑Fi was only available at the reception, not in the rooms.

The location was unbeatable—just a stone’s throw from the beach, restaurants, and a short walk to the harbour, and the staff and animation team were all great. However, the food was very oily and I struggled with it, though other guests seemed to enjoy it, and the AC fan on the balcony was a nightmare, feeling like sitting next to a jet engine at night.

The hotel’s proximity to Benalmadena Port was convenient, and the entertainment staff offered constant, varied games and were brilliant, with all staff going above and beyond to find solutions. Everything was impeccably clean and the vibe was pleasantly chilled. The all‑inclusive bar closed sharply at 11 pm, which is a minor issue since most others stay open until midnight. Breakfast offered only one type of natural yoghurt, and the strawberry/peach yoghurts were reserved for lunch desserts, which would have been nice to have at breakfast too. The orange/pineapple juice at breakfast tasted like a very weak squash, so I ended up drinking more coffee and tea instead. These are all minor points, so I would definitely stay again.

Our experience at Hotel Palia La Roca was very enjoyable; the team was welcoming and helpful, and the entertainment crew was especially energetic and cheerful, with Koby standing out for his positive attitude. The food was decent for a three‑star hotel, offering enough variety to be satisfactory for the category. The only issues were that Wi‑Fi was charged separately instead of being free for all guests, and towels were not provided at no extra cost.
The location and sea view were good, but the food wasn’t very good; I expected more seafood.
