The location was good, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked, but there was no refrigerator, the room was poorly lit, and for a few days there was no shampoo.

The parking was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, the TV only had apps that required separate logins and the Wi‑Fi was too slow for video, there was no shower curtain so water splashed everywhere, the street was noisy and a trash truck came to the business next door at 5:50 am, the room had no refrigerator, and when I returned at 11 pm my door wouldn’t open; the front‑desk staff tried to slip a wire tool under the door to reach the handle but failed, so the manager had to be called, who finally got me into the room but never offered a discount for the trouble.
