Nice small 2-storey motel-style hotel with rooms opening to the outside. We were able to switch from a second floor room to a ground floor room since there were no elevators. They have different sections: one for those traveling with pets (we were not) and one for other folks like us. The room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. We had two Queen size beds, a desk with 2 chairs, a bureau with a widescreen TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a mini fridge. Hot coffee and tea are available in the hotel lobby. There's a giant knight in armor statue out front, which is fun. We did not use any of the onsite ammenities. This hotel was a little outside the main downtown area, which I suspect I didn't realize when booking. We prefer to stay where we can walk to shops and restaurants, so that's on us. It was a nice hotel, but not a fantastic hotel. Definitely fine to stay here and parking was included, so that was a bonus

I like that the property is close to Downtown, but the old carpet and the air conditioner’s smell suggest a remodel might be in order. I’m not sure the price I’m paying is justified.

The front‑desk woman was incredibly rude. We asked if our room was ready, and she ignored us for a full five minutes before even acknowledging us. She told us to come back at a certain time, which we did, only to find the room still wasn’t ready, even though the hotel was empty. She then checked in someone who walked in and booked a room on the spot. When we asked why we couldn’t access our room, she said she had canceled our reservation. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ll never return or recommend this hotel. The front‑desk woman was unbelievably rude.
