It’s near Enverga University and SM, and the food is inexpensive and decent. The check‑in was chaotic: a staff member couldn’t find our booking even though we’d paid and booked two days earlier. He had no way to contact management to resolve it. The room was messy, dirty, had no water, and the AC barely worked.

The rooms were clean at least. When I arrived, the hotel said I had no booking even though I’d paid in advance weeks before. They also claimed it was fully booked, which was frustrating. After showing them my confirmation, they let me stay but assigned different rooms each day, with the second day lacking air‑conditioning. I had to leave early the last night because I couldn’t get treatment, and had to move my belongings between rooms. I expected a good stay but it was disappointing.

The location was very close to PRC Lucena and it was a relaxing place. The staff were very accommodating and the room was really nice. Maybe they should provide drinking water for each unit, but otherwise we had a great stay.
